Thursday

3:00 pm - 6:00 pm: HRGF check-in ~ at the Wedding Tent

3:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Self-guided water activities

6:00 pm: Thursday night dinner: Pot Luck BBQ

 

Friday

6:30 am - 7:00 am: Yoga ( location to be determined )

7:00 am - 8:00 am: Light Breakfast in Wedding Tent

8:00 am - 4:00 pm: Hudson River Paddling Trip (pre-registration needed)

8:00 am - 8:00 pm: HRGF check-in ~ at the tent

10:00 am - 4:00 pm: Informal Paddling and Mentoring at beach 

2:00 pm - 6:00 pm: Skin-on-frame repair clinic, near the lodge 

No sign-up required, just drop by!

5:00 pm - 6:00 pm, 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm: Sign up for Saturday sessions

6:00 pm: Dinner in the Wedding Tent

7:00 pm: Presentation in the Wedding Tent

8:00 pm: Social Time/Ropes

 

Saturday

6:30 am - 7:30 am: Yoga ( location to be determined )

8:00 am - 9:00 am: Breakfast in the Wedding Tent and Announcements

10:00 am - 12:30 pm: Morning Session at the beach

12:30 pm: Lunch at the Wedding Tent

1:30 pm - 4:00 pm: Afternoon Session at the beach

4:30 pm - 6:30 pm: Social Time/Ropes

5:00 pm: - Presentation in the Wedding Tent

5:00 pm - 6:00 pm, 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm: Sign up for Sunday sessions 

6:30 pm: Dinner in the Wedding Tent

7:30 pm: Silent/Live Auction

9:30 pm: Social Time/Ropes

 

Sunday

8:00 am - 9:00 am: Breakfast in at the Wedding Tent

12:30 pm - Lunch at the Wedding Tent

9:00 am - 10:00 am: Breaking Camp

10:00 am -11:30 am: Morning Session at the beach
